about me
I’m a therapist with a background in marriage and family therapy and a particular interest in relationships, sexuality, identity, belonging, and the ways our inner and outer worlds shape one another.
Growing up between two cultures taught me that there is never just one way to live, connect, or belong. That experience continues to shape the way I understand people and relationships—with curiosity, compassion, and attention to the larger systems and contexts we live within.
My clinical work has included supporting individuals, couples, families, and diverse relationship structures, with particular attention to intimacy, communication, trust, identity, grief, life transitions, and belonging.
My approach draws primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), alongside trauma-informed and somatic practices. I believe meaningful change becomes possible when we have enough safety and acceptance to explore new ways of being.
background
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy with a specialization in Sex Therapy from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling.
I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT Core Skills) and Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1 ).
I practiced in private practice from 2022-2025 and am currently taking a pause from seeing clients in that capacity. I continue to practice clinically in crisis care at a community mental health clinic.
a little more
I’m fascinated by the many ways humans create connection—with one another, with community, with place, and with ourselves.
Outside of clinical work, I find my own sense of connection through ritual, open water, dancing, and time in the forest.
currently
I am not currently accepting new clients.
This site is simply a place to stay connected and share a little about my professional background while I consider what comes next.
